We are looking for land with either outline or full planning permission for multiple residential units. We also consider land promotion and expired planning permissions.
Preferred Locations

We are interested in identifying suitable sites across the West Midlands, the South West, and the South Central regions of England.
Size Requirements

We are specifically seeking land and sites with planning permission for ten or more dwellings.
Conditionality

We prefer to purchase properties "subject to" certain conditions. But we can negotiate and agree on option agreements and overages for suitable sites.
Funding

The final acquisition will be funded through a combination of our internal resources and established commercial funding partners.
Discretion

We understand the importance of discretion and we will accommodate any confidential or non-disclosure requirements related to ongoing business factors.
